Depending on the nature of your problem, group therapy can be an ideal choice for addressing your concerns and making positive changes in your life.
What Can You Expect?
Group counseling sessions are lead by La Tanya D. Walker, with groups as little as 3, and no more than 12 other participants. We meet for 1-2 hours weekly, with some in the group meeting with La Tanya individually.
Sessions are targeted to a specific problem: depression, anxiety, health/weight concerns, loss, fear, anger, low self-esteem and more. These groups offers the support of others who are dealing or have dealt with similar concerns.
